What domain names are available? The easiest way is go to www.ipower.com and do a domain search. If you find a name you like don't buy it because it will come free with your service through us.

How much does it cost monthly? Most designers will charge a monthly maintenance fee. All server maintenance is included in your yearly hosting fee.  As far as changes; I won't charge you anything unless you request changes made to your site. Standard rate of $40/hour apply.

How is the e-mail formatted? E-mail is setup like 'yourname@yoursite.com'. You can retrieve your e-mail through a web-based program or Microsoft Outlook.

Can I use an existing e-mail address? Sure, all e-mail links can be sent to any address you would like.

How long does it take to get the website up and running? It usually takes around 48 hrs for the domain name and server to be set up. A temporary page is set up. Then there is exchange of information from you to me and then you proof the work. So it usually takes approximately 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of your site.

Once the site is setup do I always have to use DP Web4u? No, if you are dissatisfied with this company for any reason you can transfer your site to another company. You can request all the technical information for your domain name at anytime.
